Web Notification Settings

Web notifications can be found in Admin > Misc Codes > Web Notifications

Active web notifications will be triggered based on the notification. For example; the notification 'Permit Expired' will send a notification to the web user when the permit has been marked as expired.

You can modify the Email Subject and Email body on any web notification.

To activate/deactivate a web notification, check or uncheck the 'Active' column.

Templates can also be customized for events on specific Case Types. This is handled in Permit Codes (or License / Project Codes, depending on the case type) > Event (Associations). Find the event you need and click into the Web Notification column:

You can add your text to the text editor that appears:

This notification will only get sent out on the selected event for the indicated case type.
