Attaching Documents to an Email in LAMA
1. When sending a document we recommend that you convert it to PDF before sending. After generating the document, go to the Documents Tab and right-click on the document you want to convert to PDF.
2. Select Convert to PDF from the menu.
3. Click on the Journal Tab
4. Select the Add Button
5. Select Message from the menu
6. In the pop-out message window, click on the recipients icon
7. Choose the recipient you want send the message to (contacts associated with the case will be listed.
8. Click OK
9. To attach your document, click on the Attachment icon
10. In the pop-out, select the document you want to attach
11. Click OK
12. Type the message you want send with the attachment in the Body section of the email. When you are done, you can click OK to send.
