Pinning a Quick Access Folder

To map your default scanned document location, please follow the steps below.

  1.  On any open permit or other case in LAMA, click on the Documents tab on the Permit Form.
  2.  Click on the Add button.
  3.  A file explorer window will open.  Using the left navigation pane, select “This PC.”
  4.  Expand your “C:” drive.
  5.  Expand “Users."
  6.  Select your user name.
  7.  Identify the location where you most frequently store documents temporarily, such as your Desktop or a Scans Folder. 

8.  Right-click on the location where you most frequently store documents temporarily, and select “Pin to Quick Access.”

Now, your location will be displayed and saved in the Quick Access portion of File Explorer’s left navigation menu, making it quicker to upload documents into LAMA.
