Email Already in Use

An email address can only be associated with the one One Stop App web account. Sometimes users forget that they registered a One Stop App account in the past, or someone else in their business registered an account with the email address they are trying to use.  If someone attempts to register a new account or change the email address on an existing account, they will see a message that that email address is already in use. They can retrieve the user name and set a new password if they want to access the account associated with that email, or they can register using a different email address.
