Associating a Contact as a Web Administrator

If the permit was created online, the applicant will automatically be the web administrator and will be able to add others to the permit as viewers online. Here, because the permit was created before there was a web administrator contact type on the permit, I added it manually to this one.

1.       Search for the permit and select the Contacts tab.

2.       Select Options > Change Relationship Type.

3.       Check the Web Administrator Box.

4.       Click OK.

It should now show under his items online.
