Add a LAMA User as Lead Staff
" Lead Staff" status on a permit or project gives some additional rights to LAMA users - including the ability to mark documents public (or non-public).
To designate someone as a Lead Staff (including yourself), first go to the Contacts tab on the permit/project form. Select Add from the small toolbar, as shown below.
In the Choose Contacts form, click Add LAMA Users. In the What Type of Relation form, check the box next to Lead Staff Assigned.
Select the name (or names) you need in the Select Users form. (TIP: You don't have to scroll through the entire list of LAMA users - you can use the Search box to type all or part of a name and hit the Enter key on your keyboard. This will filter the list to only names that match.)
